Import and export

Your recipes are yours. Soupreme imports from the apps people migrate from most and exports everything back out, any time.

Import from Paprika 3

In Paprika: Settings → Export → Paprika Recipe Format — you’ll get an .paprikarecipes file. In Soupreme: More → Import & Export → Import archive, pick the file. Recipes, photos, categories, ratings and notes come across; duplicates (same name and ingredients) are skipped, so importing twice is safe.

Import a Soupreme archive

The same flow accepts .soupremerecipes archives — full-fidelity backups made by Soupreme itself. Use them to move between accounts or restore after reinstalling.

Export

More → Import & Export → Export, or the account portal in a browser. Formats:

  • Soupreme archive — everything, restorable byte-for-byte.
  • Paprika 3 archive — opens in Paprika and anything else that reads the format.
  • HTML site — a static folder you can open in a browser or publish anywhere; recipes carry schema.org markup.

Exports include photos and can take a few minutes for large libraries; the archive link stays available for 24 hours.
